Managing your bookings with CageList is simple and intuitive:
1. Booking Requests
• When a user requests to book your batting cage, you’ll receive a notification via email and in your dashboard/inbox.
2. Approve or Decline Requests
• Log in to your account to view the request.
You can:
• Approve: Confirm the booking if the requested time works for you.
• Decline: Decline the request and inform the guest of a better time to reschedule if the time doesn’t fit your schedule.
3. Communicate with Renters
• Use the built-in messaging system to chat with renters. Answer questions, provide additional details, or confirm special requests.
4. Automated Reminders
• CageList sends reminders to both you and the renter about upcoming bookings to ensure smooth scheduling.
5. Booking Calendar
• Access your calendar to view all upcoming bookings in one place. Adjust your availability as needed.
